SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
These are the shipping conditions. As of today, we ship to Spain Peninsula and Portugal in 24/48 hours. To the rest of the world will depend on the destination.
Once the order has been delivered (when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer) we will consider it delivered. In the following 24 hours you must check that all products are in perfect condition, and expose all objections or complaints that may exist as no claims will be accepted for damage or faults related to the shipment after those 24 hours.
If you have received a product damaged by transport, you must contact us by telephone or by e-mail to report the problem within 24 hours in order to be able to claim the incident to the transport company. You must indicate the problem, the order number, and send us photographs that justify the damage. If your case requires a new shipment once we have received the incident, we will do so.
In the event that we may not have a product available within 48 hours of purchase, you will be informed to decide how to proceed. We may ship the entire order except for the missing product, request a refund, or replace the product with another product and pay the difference.
International or non-EU shipments
For international shipments the delivery is made according to the country of destination, it can take between 48h and one or two weeks, depending on the country and the retention in customs, if there are any. We will inform you directly about everything in a personalised way, both the amount and the delivery dates. Please contact us directly by phone or email to find out all the shipping conditions and to know the total cost of transport to your destination, depending on the weight and size of the order.
Shipping outside the EU
If your order is for a country outside the European Union, it is possible that the shipment is subject to taxes, fees or other charges due to local laws or customs. From Todoparaelcaballo.com, we send your package and we take care of delivering your order to the place of delivery that you indicated, but we do not assume the possible customs charges or local taxes.
The person to whom the order is addressed is responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the goods, and will be responsible for payment of these (even if they refuse the order). So please, if you are sending a gift, or send to someone who lives outside the European Union products from our page Todoparaelcaballo.com, make sure he knows that he will possibly have some customs charges for which he will be responsible. If you have any questions, you can ask us.
You may return the products you have purchased within 7 days, for any reason whatsoever, from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, and provided that they comply with the conditions (see below). You will have the option to receive the amount of the order 30 days after we receive the returned item(s). Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping and return postage. The return has a cost of 10€ (VAT included). If it is an exchange for another size or model, only the return will be paid, and will include the shipping of the requested product.
In the event that the shipping of the order, being more than 90€, has been free, and when making the return the total amount of the order is less than 50€ (VAT included), the cost of the initial shipping will be included in addition to the cost of the return, being the amount of 6€ (VAT included).
In the event that the entire order is returned, and the shipment has been free, there is a return cost of €10 (VAT included) and a shipping cost of €6 (VAT included).
The payment of these amounts must be made by bank transfer to the number indicated by e-mail, prior to the collection of our courier service.
The products must be in their original unopened packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, if any, included.
In the case of saddles, returns will only be accepted in the unopened packaging.
In BLACK FRIDAY discounts, special CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN or CYBER MONDAY, the discounted items are NOT returnable. They are the last discounted units.
Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by LAW 47/2002, of 19 December, on the reform of Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, for the transposition into Spanish law of Directive 97/7/EC, on distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law to various Community Directives.
Products subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
Products made specifically for the consumer or clearly personalised, assembled specifically according to a design specified in a configuration, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
To make a return you must contact us to complete the return request. Once the return request has been completed, a return number will be assigned and you will be provided with shipping details.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in such a way that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes damaging the packaging of the product. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Returns must be delivered to the destination within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
Once the goods have been received and checked that they are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed if indicated within the next 30 working days or a coupon will be issued which can be redeemed on our website.
The transport costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer, as explained above.
Bank transfer payments for returns will have a maximum period of 30 days.
If you have not yet received the order and wish to cancel or modify it, please inform us of the changes you wish to make. If the order has left our premises and is already in delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the delivery.
