In a meeting of riders, both experienced and professional as well as amateurs, they came up with the idea of raising the back of the saddle at the back and placing the front heel on the outside, which was unusual at that time. This brought the saddle as close as possible to the correct posture for the rider, a dream of both professional riders and beginners.
